A video swim stroke analysis is a valuable tool for improving your stroke. Utilizing an underwater camera we tape a front view as the swimmer moves toward the camera, We also take an underwater moving side view from the fingers to the toes, following the swimmer. An above-the-water view in a side-on position, following the swimmer is also used to analyze all the major form issues as well as look for any flaws in technique that may be holding back speed and efficiency.
